Booking Conditions & Information
Cancellation conditions summer/autumn:
- free of charge up to 31 days before arrival
- 30 days to 8 days before the arrival date 70% of the total price of the stay
- 7 days before the arrival date 90% of the total price of the stay
- No-show, late arrival or early departure 100% of the total price of the stay
- Deposit: 30% after booking
Cancellation conditions from winter:
- free of charge up to 61 days before arrival
- 60 days to 31 days before the arrival date 50% of the total price of the stay
- 30 days to 8 days before the arrival date 70% of the total price of the stay
- 7 days before the arrival date 90% of the total price of the stay
- No-show, late arrival or early departure 100% of the total price of the stay
- Deposit: 30% after booking
Important: These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let in whole or in part.
To be on the safe side, we recommend that you take out travel insurance, which is also valid if you contract Covid-19. (www.europaeische.at)
Check-in from 3:00 p.m. (if you arrive after 6:00 p.m., please notify us by phone)
Check-out until 9:30 am
Für die ordnungsgemäße Müllentsorgung wird eine Kaution in Höhe von € 200,- eingehoben. Diese wird einen Tag vor der Abreise kontrolliert. Bei korrekter Mülltrennung und sauberem Zustand erhalten Sie den Betrag in bar zurück.
When you make your booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount, and the remaining amount by bank transfer no later than 7 days before arrival.
Die Kurtaxe von € 5 pro Person/Tag wird ganzjährig separat in Rechnung gestellt. Kinder bis 14 Jahre sind von der Ortstaxe ausgenommen.
The final cleaning fee is Euro 150,-

Pets are not allowed!!
At Sonnzeit we attach great importance to sustainability.
That's why we offer our guests their own e-charging station to charge their electric cars (for a fee).
We ask you not to bring any guests into your room or apartment who are not guests of our house
are.
We ask that you do not disturb the peace of other guests after 10 p.m.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms!
We guarantee you the best price directly through us!
From Christmas to the end of March there are 7 days from Saturday to Saturday. Short-term bookings are also possible.
