Here, the sunrise between the mountain crowns is fascinating. And here, every day a new adventure begins: the slopes, bike trails and hiking paths lead past the house - and the original alpine ambience ensures an authentic, cozy holiday atmosphere.

Check-out until 9:30 am
Es wird eine Kaution in Höhe von € 200,- für den Müll eingehoben. Am Abreisetag ist der Müll beim Vierjahreszeiten, Auweg 8, abzugeben. Bei ordnungsgemäßer Trennung und sauberem Zustand wird die Kaution in bar zurückerstattet.
When you make your booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount, and the remaining amount by bank transfer no later than 7 days before arrival.
Die Kurtaxe von € 5 pro Person/Tag wird ganzjährig separat in Rechnung gestellt. Kinder bis 14 Jahre sind von der Ortstaxe ausgenommen.

- 30 days to 8 days before the arrival date 70% of the total price of the stay
- 7 days before the arrival date 90% of the total price of the stay

- 60 days to 31 days before the arrival date 50% of the total price of the stay
- 30 days to 8 days before the arrival date 70% of the total price of the stay
- 7 days before the arrival date 90% of the total price of the stay
- No-show, late arrival or early departure 100% of the total price of the stay
- Deposit: 30% after booking
Important: These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let in whole or in part.
