Cancellation conditions summer/autumn:

• 30 days to 8 days before the arrival date 70% of the total price of the stay

• No-show, late arrival or early departure 100% of the total price of the stay

• 60 days to 31 days before the arrival date 50% of the total price of the stay

• Deposit: 30% after booking  

Important: These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let in whole or in part.

To be on the safe side, we recommend that you take out travel insurance, which is also valid if you contract Covid-19. (www.europaeische.at)

Es wird eine Kaution in Höhe von € 200,- für den Müll eingehoben. Am Abreisetag ist der Müll beim Vierjahreszeiten, Auweg 8, abzugeben. Bei ordnungsgemäßer Trennung und sauberem Zustand wird die Kaution in bar zurückerstattet.

When you make your booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount, and the remaining amount by bank transfer no later than 7 days before arrival.      

Die Kurtaxe von € 5 pro Person/Tag wird ganzjährig separat in Rechnung gestellt. Kinder bis 14 Jahre sind von der Ortstaxe ausgenommen.

You can pick up your keys from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival at the Garni Vierjahreszeiten (Auweg 8). On the day of your departure, we ask you to clean the hut, take the hut key and the rubbish with you and return them to the Garni Vier Jahreszeiten.

If the garbage is properly separated and returned to Garni Vier Jahreszeiten on the day of departure at the latest, the deposit will be refunded to your account.

In our holiday cottage you have to bring your own bed linen. The beds are 140×200 cm in size, the cushions are 60×80 cm in size. We recommend that you bring sheets in the following sizes. 

• Double fitted sheet: 180 x 200 cm
• Single fitted sheet: 90x 200 cm

Either two double fitted sheets and three single fitted sheets or six to seven single fitted sheets can be used.

Winter tires and snow chains are necessary for traveling to the holiday cottage in winter, especially in snow and ice.

Please remember to bring your own towels, bath towels, tea towels, toilet paper and washing up liquid. These essentials are not provided in the holiday cottage, so please make sure you have enough to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.
